Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific circumstances to ensure product quality, safety, and hygiene.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received an expired product.
  • The package arrived in a severely damaged condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplement containers
  • Used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging

These policies help ensure every customer receives genuine, safe, and uncontaminated products.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at mtnutritionscare@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the shipping package
  • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification of your bank account details.

Replacement Policy

Where possible, MT Nutrition may provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may still contact our support team if they require assistance after shipment.
